Mommy & Daddy heading to Topsail Island, NC

The babymoon is here.  Nothing like bellying up on the beach -- literally.  Mommy and Daddy planned a VERY last minute trip and will be heading to Topsail Island, NC for a lil' R&R.  Can't wait:-)

7/30 Appointment a success.......

Hugh's birthday and the baby's 6.5 month appointment.  The baby is growing.  Mommy is actually measuring 28 weeks (should be 26 weeks). We heard the healthy heartbeat.  Mommy asked a million questions, as usual.  She was debating whether or not to take a business trip to Germany mid-August.  The doctor said it would be okay, however, stated all the associated risk of international travel.  Needless to say, Mommy and Daddy decided it wasn't worth any of the risk.  Grandma (influenced by the news:-) wanted to know if Mommy should get a swine flu vac., but the doctor didn't recommend this.  Great day -- healthy baby and Daddy turned the big 31.
